so far today,
630-woke up, pp time, drove my sister to work, drove back
700-900- listened to music while organizing random things,laundry
1000-talked with my dad and went to the bank
1100-1200 made food=shitty salad,grapes,feta cheese, carrots,chicken, a banana, a lot of water.
1200 1230- did headstands
1230-100-did headstands and stayed in "the turtle"position for as long as i could
100-200 rested, drank water, brushed and flossed and typed this.
