It has been remade and is appearing on the sci-fi channel...not being released theatrically. Looks putrid. But I also love the original...I watched "It's Alive" (also being remade and has a gory trailer online) the other night and thought it was still really awesome for a 70's social commentary horror flick...may want to check it out if you've never seen it. Although I feel like the previous time I had watched it was with you...
